The heart of Polarome International is its inventory of over 1000 ingredients stored in three different countries. Valued at well over $40 million dollars and comprising tens of thousands of drums, the warehouses are systematically organized, making the location of each individual lot easy to find and retrieve for your orders. A computer bar code system is employed to link specific lot and quality information to inventory and sales history data.

With multiple tankage for liquids and powder mixers our production department are equipped to handle any blending job. We have adequate cabability for the bulking of the wide variety of material in which we deal every day. Materials are typically bulked according to quality control instructions, ensuring continuity of quality, even where crop variation occurs. This area also has the ability to repack essential oils and aroma chemicals. Specialized machinery is also employed to powderize and pack various solid and crystalline materials.

Utilizing state of the art instrumentation, our skilled technicians and evaluators control every aspect of materials analysis. Only after meeting rigorous quality standards and tests is a material released for storage in inventory. Every material entering and leaving Polarome International is subjected to this procedure with a keen awareness of our customers' specific quality requirements. Computerized quality records make retrieval of individual lot records routine.

Our fleet of trucks enables Polarome International to service our local customers on a "just in time" basis. The proximity of all our facilities to local ports and airports coupled with our own transportation system also make the usual arduous task of pier and airport pickups a routine matter. Your orders are handled in an efficient manner utilizing a fully integrated computer system that allows us the flexibility of labeling and shipping your order in a customized fashion. This system also provides an important link in the overall traceability of the material shipped to you.

Our recently modernized sales and executive offices afford our sales executives, customer service and purchasing personnel enjoy an efficient work environment. A computer network allows each individual access to "real time" information regarding stock positions, purchases, general market conditions and the lot traceability necessary to track your order. Their proximity to the executive offices also makes communication immediate and effective.
